Reading to a Rescue

The Maple Valley Rotary Interact Club hosts Reading to a Rescue –
THS Interact Club will once again this year be hosting our READING TO A RESCUE Event. We would like to invite all K-5th graders to join us for a day of fun practicing reading out loud to various rescue animals.
Each student will receive a grade level appropriate book when then first come in to read to the rescue of their choice. After they are done, they then can pick any book they want from a variety of books to take home with them. So, each student will be going home with two books they get to keep. There will also be fun activities, snacks and a pet food drive, so please bring something for our fuzzy listeners as they will be hunger after all that reading!
When: Saturday, March 7th 11AM to 2PM
